Trade Wizards - Trade Party Screening
Trade Party Screening establishes whether a company or individual is present on any official denied party or transshipment list, banned from import or export transactions, sanctioned by a government for performing illegal acts or a forced child labor or convict labor violator.
In today’s era of heightened security, determining whether individuals, companies or organizations are acceptable trading partners is essential.

Companies need to ensure that they are compliant with government regulations and that their goods are destined for friendly end-use.

Non-compliance can lead to penalties, fines, loss of export privileges or, in extreme cases, imprisonment. However, many companies face significant challenges in establishing whether a party to a shipment has been placed on any official denied persons or illegal trans-shipper lists, blocked from import or export transactions, or sanctioned by a government for illegal acts such as involvement in international terrorism, narcotics trafficking, money laundering or weapons proliferation.
Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and advisories.
Identify restricted parties before goods are shipped
Prevent illegal transactions with banned entities and trading partners
Preserve a complete audit trail of screening transactions to reducecorporate risk
Management Dynamics monitors and screens against all major Restricted Party lists issued by government regulatory agencies worldwide.

All restricted parties are compiled and updated using Management Dynamics’ ISO certified 17-step process and maintained within our Global Knowledge® database. Updates to international regulatory lists are processed daily to ensure that restricted parties are properly flagged before our customers’ goods or services are shipped.
Following is a partial listing of Management Dynamics’ Restricted Party List
